Quinoa (2012-2017)
It all started in 2012 with a request from Panke Culture to develop a vegan and vegetarian pop up bistro in Wedding, Berlin. The main focus was to provide healthy vegan organic food and info about current food issues through workshop and dinner experiences. Mayor relevance is given to the integration of a garden to grow part of the supplies and to organise open food market events, with the aim of promoting local food.
The following year Quinoa became a vegan pop up restaurant. Creating an itinerant meeting point for vegan foodies that had an urge to become conscious of the actual food system and need to understand the importance of acquiring healthy habits while connecting with others vegans.
Places Quinoa popped up: Berlin, Bahia, Málaga, A Coruña, Ibiza, Cadiz.
